1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Hauling Ash Trucking, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide professional trucking and transportation services including but not limited to long-haul transportation, local delivery, and specialized transport. All services are subject to availability and our operational capacity.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Service bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement of terms, scheduling, and pricing. We recommend booking services at least 48-72 hours in advance. While we strive to accommodate all requests, scheduling is subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All quotes are estimates based on information provided
• Final pricing may vary based on actual cargo specifications and route conditions
• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• Additional charges may apply for special handling, delays, or route changes

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about cargo specifications
• Ensuring cargo is properly packaged and labeled
• Obtaining necessary permits for specialized loads
• Being available for pickup and delivery as scheduled
• Providing safe and accessible loading/unloading facilities

6. Liability and Insurance

We maintain comprehensive commercial insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policy and applicable federal regulations. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own cargo insurance for additional protection.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

• Hazardous materials without proper certification
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Live animals (except with special arrangements)
• Perishable goods without proper refrigeration arrangements
• Items exceeding our equipment specifications

8. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, mechanical breakdowns, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to minimize delays and keep customers informed.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may be subject to fees. We reserve the right to cancel services due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other operational factors.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Florida state law.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
